- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In registry office, the young woman sits on the front with brown tied up long hair was really rude. I just said “I would like to change my international driver’s license to local one” and what she answered was not even hello nor did you bring the documents with you but just “NORTH Korea?” What the hell! I wasn’t even from north korea. I can’t understand what she was thinking when she said that. Finally I could not change my license that day. Even though, I said “thank you” but she answered nothing instead of saying at least bye or you’re welcome. It was really amazing experience since I’ve been in Canada. I’ve never seen someone like her soo rude without any reason.by ScarletMarch 06, 2017
